I hope you’re having a great end to 2024! As we prepare to enter 2025, Team Privyr and I have been reflecting – and celebrating 🎉 – how far we’ve come in the past year to meet the needs of customers like you.
We built many of our new and updated features this year because of popular demand – and we’re thankful to all of you for sending in your opinions and suggestions. Privyr wouldn’t be Privyr without you all! We hope you continue to let us know your wishes and hopes with us through the next year and beyond.
In the spirit of welcoming 2025, here are 24 ways we’ve improved and updated Privyr to help you better capture, engage, and manage your clients in 2024.
Capturing Leads 🌟
One of our goals for Privyr is to make capturing leads as easy as possible, so that you can keep your prospects moving along your sales funnel. Here are just a few of the features we released this year to help achieve this.
1. Meta Conversions API (CAPI) Integration
This year, we became the only mobile-first CRM in the world to integrate with Meta Conversions API (CAPI), which helps you capture higher quality Facebook Leads at a lower cost per lead.
With CAPI, you can quickly send feedback from your Privyr account to Facebook about which leads are well-qualified so that Facebook will target your ads towards similar well-qualified prospects.
2. Privyr Lead Forms
We released our own lead source Privyr Lead Forms. This allows you to easily create and manage beautiful forms, in the mobile app and on Privyr on web, to receive new leads from any online or offline sources directly into Privyr.
3. AI Email Parser
Receiving leads via your email account? We released our AI Email Parser so you can receive those leads directly into your Privyr account – setup is super easy!
4. Systeme.io Integration
Many of you asked for a Systeme.io integration for Privyr, so we built it! Now, you can send your new Systeme.io leads directly to Privyr.
5. Capture Tab
The Privyr app got a little makeover with the Capture tab, a one-stop hub that puts all of your lead capture options in one place. You can add or import new leads, manage your lead source integrations, and more.
6. GoDaddy Integration
We created a new Privyr integration for users receiving leads from GoDaddy, so that GoDaddy users can receive their leads into their Privyr accounts.
Engaging Leads 🌟
We know from experience that when you engage with leads regularly and in a personalised manner, they’re much more likely to trust you and purchase with you. Here’s some of what we released in 2024 so that you can have meaningful, nurturing interactions with your prospects. 🤗
7. Default Intro Message
We made it faster than ever to send an auto-personalised outreach to uncontacted prospects via WhatsApp or text. No searching, no scrolling, no copying-and-pasting – simply tap one time!
8. Bulk Phone Calling
We created this feature so you can call your clients in sequence from a single screen. You can add call notes and follow-up reminders between conversations. Just long press on your Client List to get started.
9. More auto-personalised @variables in Messages
We expanded the number of @variables you can use to automatically add details to your messages about your clients or yourself. This includes your company name, your phone number, your client’s name, and more!
10. Image Gallery
We released Image Gallery so that you can neatly share multiple images with a lead or client without cluttering up a WhatsApp or text chat, or having to convert those images into PDFs.
As with all Privyr Pages, you can share and track views on your Image Gallery through Privyr!
11. Automatically Set & Update Follow-Ups
Goodbye, manual updates! With these Privyr settings, you can automatically update your follow-ups whenever you contact a lead.
12. Add Email Subject Line
When you send a template email from Privyr, you have the option to set a subject line for that email within Privyr. It will automatically fill the subject line when you send a template email to a client – no need to manually type it in every time!
Managing Leads 🌟
We know that many of you are dealing with multiple leads at the same time, along with other activities that you need to do day-to-day. Here’s some changes we made this year to help you keep your prospects and sales activities organised, so that you can focus more on sales and less on manual admin work. 🫡
13. Add Facebook Pixel & Google Tag Manager IDs
To help you better understand your leads and where they are in your sales funnel, we released this feature which allows you to add Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager IDs to your Privyr Files, Pages, and/or Lead Forms. This makes it much easier to track your lead conversions.
14. Auto-merge Duplicate Leads
To help you keep better track of your leads – and keep team members from accidentally reaching out to the same lead more than once – Privyr will automatically detect and merge new leads into an existing client, if the phone number and/or email address matches.
15. Capture Geolocation on Sales Activities
Privyr can automatically capture your geolocation whenever you record a sales activity with a prospect, so you can remember it later when checking your client’s Timeline.
16. Search Clients by Display Name, Email, Notes, and more!
We released even more options to find and manage your clients quickly, without having to scroll through your Client List.
17. Home Tab
We added the Home tab to Privyr so you can view & act on every outstanding lead, follow-up, and upcoming activity from one super convenient place.
18. Share Clients via WhatsApp & Text
We made it easier than ever to share a client with another Privyr user. They’ll receive the entire entry via WhatsApp & text, and can easily import that Client Entry into their Privyr account.
19. Custom Client Fields
We released Custom Client Fields, which helps you set important details in Client Entries to remember later on, such as your client’s birthday, budget, lead stage, and more! This helps you make every interaction with your client as engaging as possible.
Team Features 🌟
We know that many of you work with sales teams, and so we’ve built out our suite of Privyr for Teams features to help sales teams operate smoothly and more quickly reach their targets! To access these features, all you need is a Privyr for Teams account. 🤝

20. Team Dashboard
There’s no need to wonder what your team is doing all day with our Team Dashboard, which makes it easy to check on the progress of individual team members – as well as your team as a whole – in a single glance.
21. Sub-teams
We want Privyr to adapt to growing teams and teams of all sizes, so we released sub-teams, which helps to support more complex structures and permission settings within a sales team.
22. Improved Team Lead Assignment Rules
We created more flexibility than ever for people using Lead Assignment Rules with Privyr. Use Lead Assignment Rules with all Lead Sources as well as Custom Fields, on desktop and mobile.
23. Improved Export Client List Options
We added more options for when you want to Export Client List, including custom date ranges, export Client List & Activities by Team Member, export by Client Group, and more!
24. Improved Team Features & Permissions
We know that within sales teams, there are different levels of management, so we made it possible for sales managers to grant Team Members admin access to manage users, integrations, and more.
