We’re SUPER excited to share that you can now send lead alerts to others via WhatsApp! 🤩
If your recipients use WhatsApp often, this will make new leads 10x more visible and accessible to them.
Introducing WhatsApp Lead Alerts
By default, your recipients would receive new lead alerts via the Privyr app. Now you can also enable WhatsApp alerts for them, using the same powerful lead distribution rules to forward specific types of leads to the right people.
How to get started
Once you’ve connected a lead source to Privyr, go to Integrations→ Lead Distribution, then create a rule. When adding a lead recipient, you’ll see options to notify the person via app, email, and/or WhatsApp. You have the flexibility to choose what works best.
Note that lead alerts via WhatsApp will be charged per automation, based on your current subscription plan.
