Introducing Advanced Client Filters ✨

As the number of leads on your phone continues to grow, it becomes difficult to track each prospect so older connections often get buried and forgotten.

That’s why we introduced Filters – riiight at the top of your Client List. Now you can easily organise, find, and engage or update specific leads that meet a specific combination of criteria. These leads may not necessarily be new, but are still worth reconnecting with!

Find prospects that meet specific criteria within seconds ⚡

Filters let you zero in on a set of prospects that meet a specific combination of criteria, such as source, last activity, and even down to specific custom fields. From there, you can tap-and-hold to quickly do bulk actions like call, message, reassign, or add to a group.

For example, you can set your filters to look up:

  • Leads from December that are in a qualified stage, that you have not contacted in the past two weeks.
  • Leads that come from either Facebook or your website, that are tagged as interested in Product A, but have not been sent a follow up.
  • Sales-qualified leads that are assigned to a specific team member with a deal size of over $5k.
  • Leads assigned to a specific team member with overdue follow-ups.

The possibilities are endless!

All filters are set to “Any” by default, and you can change them to meet your criteria.

Filters work with Custom Fields too!

You can also set filters to find leads based on the information in their Custom Client Fields. This helps you look up leads whose birthday is within a specified date range, deals that are in a specific stage, and many more!

Our powerful new filters give you complete flexibility in finding and engaging with unique sets of prospects, making it easier to maintain consistent and meaningful connections with everyone.
