You’ll love this new feature if calling your clients is part of your sales process.
You can now bulk call your clients on the Privyr mobile app, and seamlessly execute all your to-dos after every conversation in one sitting.
We made this so that you can easily call your clients in sequence, while quickly adding call notes and follow-up reminders between each conversation – all from a single screen!
How to start Bulk Calling ⚡
On your Privyr mobile app:
- Long press on any client in your Client List, then select all the clients you want to call.
- Tap on the CALL icon.
This will open the Bulk Calling screen (as seen below), where you can start calling each client in one tap, see who you’ve called, and who to call next.
You can even be prompted to add some notes, or a follow-up reminder, for the client you just talked to.
You can quickly record every important detail you learn about your clients in these calls, and make sure you follow up with the right message later. 🙌
