Have you ever tried to remember when and where you’ve interacted with a lead? Here’s an update you’ll love. 🤩

You can now automatically capture your geolocation whenever you record a sales activity with a client. This could be a meetup, a phone call, a message, and more.

From your Client Timeline, you can quickly look up your interaction history with a person – plus where each activity took place.

If you manage a sales team, this will give you insights into where your salespeople have been, and how they’re engaging their leads to reach their sales goals.

Overall, there are endless ways you can use this information to enhance your sales process! For example, you can check where you’ve met up with a client before – without having to manually record the detail yourself.

If you’re a realtor, you can easily keep track of which properties or neighbourhoods a lead has visited.

Geolocation logging is disabled by default. You can always toggle it on or off based on your preferences.

To enable this feature, simply go to your Account →  Settings → Activity Geolocation → Capture Geolocation.
